Sheila Tito, COTA/L Yoga Instructor

Occupational Therapist, Yoga Instructor

My therapy philosophy is to achieve a level of respect and trust with each of my students allowing them to become the best version of themselves they can be. Nothing is more rewarding than making a difference in someone else’s life. The students and their families have been instrumental in her quest for further knowledge of the benefits of yoga on the mind, body, and spirit. She feels very blessed to have the opportunity to continue to grow and develop new skills to help them reach their goals. Her students and their families have always been her best teachers! Sheila has a very strong desire to nurture self-care for the parents, siblings and teachers. She holds weekly restorative yoga classes for parents and teachers on a weekly basis throughout the school year. She strongly believes that her yoga practice has something to teach her every time she gets on her mat. She is an entrepreneur who is always ready to embark on a new adventure.
