Occupational Therapist

I believe occupational therapy works best when it starts with a connection. When children feel safe, understood, and celebrated, learning comes more naturally. I focus on building trusting relationships with children and their families because progress grows from strong partnerships.

My practice is grounded in empowerment and collaboration. I work alongside children, caregivers, and team members to set meaningful goals that reflect each child’s strengths, interests, and everyday life. Families are an essential part of the journey, and their voices guide everything we do.

I value growth and creativity, using playful, engaging, and flexible approaches that make learning fun and motivating. Through play, children can explore new skills while honoring their own unique ways of learning. I’m always learning too, adapting, reflecting, and growing right alongside them.

I am deeply committed to respect and inclusion—celebrating neurodiversity, creating welcoming spaces, and cheering children on as they take brave steps, try new things, and build confidence along the way.

I enjoy addressing the following areas:

  • Sensory-Based Feeding: Supporting positive, comfortable mealtimes and helping children explore foods with confidence.
  • Sensory Processing & Integration: Helping children better understand and manage sensory input so they can feel calm and engaged.
  • Primitive Reflex Integration: Using movement-based activities to support coordination, attention, and overall development.
  • Visual Perceptual & Visual-Motor Skills: Building skills for reading, writing, cutting, and other school-related tasks.
  • Fine Motor Coordination: Strengthening hand skills for play, self-care, and classroom activities.
