Staci McFarlane, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

My therapy philosophy is centered around building meaningful relationships with children and families while creating engaging, individualized sessions that support confidence, communication, and growth. I believe children learn best when they feel supported, successful, and connected. By making therapy functional, motivating, fun, and collaborative, I strive to help every child reach their fullest communication potential both in and outside of the therapy room.

I am passionate about helping children find their voice and build confidence in their communication skills. Watching children make meaningful progress — whether it’s saying a new sound correctly, expressing themselves more clearly, or successfully interacting with peers — is incredibly rewarding. I value working closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child as a whole and create positive, lasting impacts on their everyday lives.
